Terms of Sale

Last updated: June 2026

Template notice. These terms are a starting template for a B2B supplier of compounded preparations. They must be reviewed and finalized by qualified healthcare/FDA and commercial counsel, including confirmation of what may lawfully be offered and to whom, before publishing.

These Terms of Sale govern quote requests and orders between GPBiosupply (“we,” “us”) and the practice or licensed practitioner placing them (“you”). By submitting a quote request or order, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility & licensed use

Products are offered only to licensed practitioners and the practices they represent. By contacting us you represent that you hold a valid, current professional license and are authorized to order on the practice’s behalf. Products are dispensed by a partnered state-licensed pharmacy only pursuant to a valid prescription, for in-office clinical use, not for resale to consumers.

Nature of products

Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. Product availability is subject to current FDA and state regulations, which change; certain products may be restricted or unavailable in your jurisdiction. Information on the Site is provided for licensed professionals and is not medical advice.

Quotes, pricing & orders

Quotes are estimates and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing. Pricing, minimums, and availability may change. Orders are subject to credential verification and acceptance.

Shipping & risk of loss

Products ship in temperature-controlled, cold-chain packaging. Title and risk of loss pass per the terms stated on your order confirmation. Inspect shipments on arrival and report issues promptly.

Returns

Because these are compounded, temperature-sensitive preparations, returns are limited. Contact us promptly regarding any defect, damage, or discrepancy; remedies will be handled per your order confirmation and applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from products or these terms is limited to the amount paid for the affected order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Questions: info@gpbiosupply.com.
